Lotta left a written comment: "There were several points were the Randolph Hotel did unfortunately not meet our expectations, and the service they delivered was disappointing and did not match the promise of a 5*hotel. Further to that, there were several points of miscommunication during the evening, and the service was exeptionally slow, which led to the fact that we had less than two hours for hour disco, due to the music licence being only until midnight. We raised these concerns with the hotel, and they reacted promptly, and set up a meeting with us to discuss our points."
