A couple of double doors to get through between the van and the stage - nothing too tricky with a trolley

Depending on where parked, either through the main hall itself on ground level, or at the rear (stage) end of the building via half a dozen steps and into the fire door.
Large stage, although high off the ground at over 3 ft up. I chose to put the lighting onto the stage and set up the booth at ground level in front of it to allow the guests to get to me. - width available: at least 5m - height clearance: over 4m
Park on the road outside the venue. Can be tricky depending on who else is there.
Depends on where you're setting up. I set up next to the fire door (obviously not obstructing it), so it was up three steps from the van to the setup area.
Depends where in the room you're setting up. It's a typical village hall so plenty of space if needs be
Park on the road outside. Can be tricky
Up a couple of steps and straight into the function room provided you can park outside.
Set up wherever the client wants you to....no specific area
Very good parking right outside the doors to the function room

Very friendly and talkative staff.
Big car park but nowhere near the front door. Ask permission and park outside the door to unload as far as the lift.

Very small setup required here. Width and height are both very limited
Very little parking - curbside only or if early enough a small forecourt
All on ground floor, however to take any equipment in, you must carry it through the main bar area to get to the function room at the back of the building
The venue has its own setup on site, so unless specifically required, you only need to take your own music source and possibly mixing desk (theres an archaic Numark CD mixer there). n nThere is a good lighting setup already installed on site including Powerbars, glitterball, lasers/gobos and various rope lighting effects. n nOther than that, theres a main stage area which is approx 20 feet wide by 10 feet deep. - width available: at least 5m - height clearance: 2-3m

Parking is on the roadside, although there is a gate onto the sports field which the caretaker was happy for me to pull up on as it was dry. If youre left to park on the roadside, the road is quite narrow.
If allowed to park on the field, the kits straight out of the boot and into the hall through the side door. Otherwise its no further than around 30 feet from the road to the door. No steps etc. to negotiate.

Large stage area - stacks of room - width available: 4-5m - height clearance: over 4m

3-4 spaces at the side of the building allowing access to the stage area
Up a small wheelchair ramp and straight into the stage end of the building.

Excellent parking around the back. The driveway is also wide enough to park in whilst loading and unloading
Access is via the main front door and into the main hall. Just a couple of double doors to navigate which are easily wedged open so not a great problem
Small portable stage at the far end of the hall (approx 2 feet high) with steps at either end. Only problem is the sloping ceiling gives a lack of height for anyone using a rear lighting rig (approx 1.5 - 2 metres). If using overhead lighting directly above the DJ table then not a problem. - width available: at least 5m - height clearance: 2m or less

Car park attached to building - very easy load in
Across a small amount of gravel to the front door of the building - no major problems

Tricky. Several tight corners to negotiate between reception and the conservatory. Lightweight kit recommended
Set up in the corner of the conservatory where indicated by the venue staff. Very small setup area due to size of room - width available: 2m or less - height clearance: 2m or less
Very helpful and friendly

No specific set up area so set up where requested by the host - width available: 4-5m - height clearance: over 4m

Straight out of van and into the building
Good setup area. Plenty of space - width available: 3-4m - height clearance: 2-3m

Over a small brick wall and into the function room, or down an access ramp and over the patio (dependant on how many people are outside on the patio)
A small stage is available on request. Better without it though as it restricts setup space - width available: 2-3m - height clearance: 2-3m

Typical marquee access, out of the van and onto the dance floor.
N.a - depends on how the marquee company have set things up
Very polite and helpful staff
Small car park to the rear of the pub if youre early enough. Also a wide driveway to the side of the building so you can park there to load/unload
Recommend lightweight kit for this one as the access is about 30 feet from the car, but then through some narrow doors into the building.
No specific setup area. Set up where-ever needed. - width available: 2-3m - height clearance: 2-3m
Very friendly and helpful
There is no parking at the venue. The nearest layby is about 100 feet away if you can get a space.
Through a busy restaurant and up two flights of very narrow internal stairs
Set up in the corner of the room where directed. Space is tight so minimal rig required
There is no easy parking near the venue. There are a couple of loading bays about 200 yards away if you can get into them. Very difficult to get close enough to load/unload. Once unloaded, move to public car park around 1/4 of a mile away
Across a very busy pedestrian precinct, through a busy restaurant and up two flights of narrow internal stairs (the first flight shared with customers going to the toilets). Lots of bends along the way
Set up in the corner of the room where indicated. Its not a huge room so a small rig is all thats needed. - width available: 2-3m - height clearance: 3-4m
Good friendly staff throughout the evening.
Plenty of parking, but beware the car park can get very busy especially if as was in my case, there's another wedding going on in other parts of the building
Flat tarmacced carpark throughout so any reasonable trolley/sack barrow will get you to the fire doors with no major problems
Set up next to the fire escape at the edge of the dance floor
Very friendly and helpful staff
Ample car parking just outside the main door
Tricky dependent on rig. Up half a dozen (slippery when wet) steps to the main bar, then through a single width door and up a flight of stairs. Lots of bends along the way
Setup in the corner of the room. - width available: 2-3m - height clearance: 3-4m
Friendly manager and bar staff
Park at the back of the "green room" to unload, then move to a more suitable parking spot
Small dog-leg between the gap in the hedge to the back door...nothing too tricky
Small wooden stage around 12inches in height. Plenty of width but height slightly limited due to the drapery of the indoor marquee - width available: 4-5m - height clearance: 2-3m
Very helpful and chatty staff throughout the wedding.
Limited parking for around 20 vehicles so need to be there fairly early to guarantee a spot
Level, tarmac carpark so easy to load in with a trolley (even easier if you can park next to the door). Literally through the door and 10 feet to the stage.
Smallish, low stage of around 12 feet in width and about 8 feet of headroom. A small rig is needed here, it's not a massive venue.
Very friendly and helpful staff
Limited car parking
Park next to function room door, no more than 20 feet to the stage area
Small, low, permanent stage
Parking on street next to the pub.
Very easy, flat paths etc from street to pub

Very helpful and friendly staff and management
Car park is quite a way from the doors to the building. However its in a quiet side street so park on the pavement to unload and then move off when kit in the building.
Through a couple of double doors which can be locked open
Set up area is just inside the main door to the hall. - width available: 3-4m - height clearance: 2-3m
Small car park to rear of the building with a loading ramp for trolley.
Park next to ramp otherwise youll have to pull trolley over gravel car park.
Small stage can be used with adequate electrical outlets - width available: 4-5m - height clearance: 2-3m
Good parking and can get virtually into the front of the building if you ask permission to back up to the door first
Up a dozen stairs and then along the full length of the function room. Tricky when laid out for a wedding banquet as tables are staggered across the room
Very small dance-floor area approx 20 feet by 10 feet. The setup area tends to be to one end of the floor where the roof starts to slope down so not an awful lot of height/space available. - width available: 2-3m - height clearance: 2-3m
Very helpful staff in all areas
Small area to park beside the stage door. Back right up to the second door from the end for stage access.
Straight through back door and onto the stage
Wide, low stage which is angled at the sides and becomes very narrow - width available: at least 5m - height clearance: 2-3m
Pull up in the car park at the REAR of the building, not the front. Back up near the childrens playground as this is where the stage door is.
If parked next to the stage door, its a small dog-leg and up two steps to get to the stage itself.
Large permanent stage area - width available: 4-5m - height clearance: 2-3m
Very friendly staff
